        The mud gun is used to provide supplementary mixing or pre-mixing of mud in the mud tank, depending on the amount used and the size of the tank. Generally used in the corner of the tank to prevent solids from settling, the agitator is placed in the middle of the tank. In the mud system, the mud gun is also used to transfer mud from bin to bin, such as the transfer tank.

Mud gun maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the bolts of the connection flange with the pipeline are loose, and tighten the loose ones in time.

Installation, commissioning and operation of mud gun

1. The bottom of the outlet nozzle of the mud gun is directly in the mud tank, so that its inlet flange is connected with the mud gun

 pipeline, and the outlet of the sand pump is connected with the mud gun pipeline to provide drilling fluid to the mud gun.

2, supply mud gun drilling fluid, check the seal and rotation flexibility.

3, after installation, turn the mud gun, check whether the mud gun rotation is flexible.

4. The inlet of the mud gun is connected with a 2 "flange.

5. When it is necessary to sweep the bottom of the tank, drilling fluid is delivered to the mud gun through the sand pump, and the

 rotating adjusting rod of the mud gun can be operated at the same time.
