      Electronic ignition device is an important equipment in slurry solid control system. It is used together with liquid-gas separator to remove harmful gas. Since the electronic ignition device is operated by the electronic control box, the mud worker who operates the ignition device needs a certain technical ability. Below we will elaborate the operation details of the electronic ignition device.

Electronic ignition device use precautions:

1, the burner in the transportation, lifting process to prevent damage to the insulation of the ignition wire.

2, when installing the burner, be sure to choose an open place that will not cause fire.

3, the base of the burner should be fixed firmly with the foundation, supplemented by a taurope when necessary.

4, the electronic ignition device should be placed in a good environment to protect the electronic circuit components from moisture

 and dust.

5, in the drilling process with the liquid gas separator supporting the use.

Working procedure of electronic ignition device:

1. Pipeline the combustible gas to the burner inlet installed in the safe zone.

2. Connect and start the electronic igniter.

3. Open the liquefied gas tank and operate the electronic igniter to ignite the kindling tube (first-stage ignition).

4. The burning kindling tube will ignite the vented gas (secondary ignition).

5, close the liquefied gas tank, extinguish the fire tube, and allow the flammable vent gas to burn.
